Best time to post, decided for you

Stop reading generic “best time to post” charts that were never about your audience. DemandBird suggests send times from when your followers actually engage on each network, and you can always override it.

  • Per-platform timing: what works on LinkedIn rarely works on X
  • Based on your data: your engagement, not an industry average
  • Always optional: pick your own slot whenever you want

Common questions about scheduling

What is a social media scheduling tool?
A social media scheduling tool lets you write posts ahead of time and have them publish automatically at a set date and time, across multiple networks. DemandBird does that, but as the final step of a content workflow rather than a standalone app: the posts you queue are the ones your team already drafted and approved here.
Which platforms can I schedule to?
LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Bluesky, Substack, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, and Mastodon. You write once, and DemandBird adapts and queues the post for each network you choose. See the full list on our platforms page.
Can DemandBird pick the best time to post?
Yes. DemandBird suggests send times based on when your audience actually engages on each platform, so you are not guessing or copying generic "best time to post" charts. You can always override the suggestion and pick your own slot.
Does scheduling include approvals?
It can. Scheduling and approvals live in the same tool, so a draft can move from review to a scheduled slot without leaving DemandBird. If you work solo, skip approvals entirely and queue directly.
Can I bulk schedule or fill a content calendar in advance?
Yes. Build out a week or a month in the calendar view, drag posts between days, and let the queue publish them automatically. Repurposed posts from your library can be dropped straight onto open slots.
How is this different from Buffer or Hootsuite?
Those are standalone schedulers: you still produce content somewhere else and paste it in. DemandBird is one workflow where ideas, drafting in your voice, approvals, and scheduling all connect. Less tool-stitching, fewer copy-paste errors, and none of the legacy bloat. If you already write in Claude or ChatGPT, you can push posts directly to your queue via the DemandBird MCP server and skip the paste step entirely.
