Plans & what's included

Every DemandBird plan can write, schedule, publish, and measure posts on every supported platform. A handful of team and agency features, plus the monthly AI caps, differ by plan. This page lists exactly which.

The three plans

DemandBird has three paid plans: Pro, Business, and Agency. Pro is for one person or a small team running one brand. Business adds the team features: approvals, extra workspaces, LinkedIn Company Pages, restricted seats, and the MCP server and REST API. Agency adds the pieces you need when you run social for other people: white-label branding, per-member permissions, and a calendar, pipeline dashboard and LinkedIn post table across all your clients.

Monthly limits

AI allowances are counted, not enforced: going past one does not pause or block anything. The count resets on the first of each calendar month (UTC), and unused allowance does not roll over. See AI usage for how each action is counted.

An AI draft is one post written for you. A rewrite is one pass over text you already have (including tailoring a post for another platform). A post idea is one suggestion from the idea generator.

Upgrading

If you try to use a feature that isn't on your plan, DemandBird tells you which plan it's on rather than failing quietly. You can change plan at any time from Settings → Subscription; new limits apply straight away.
